Three Key Yoga Colorado Springs Etiquette

Just a Few Gentle Reminders to think about before you do any yoga poses

Our studio is a place for you to find yourself. It’s a place where members go on a journey to find peace, heal injuries, laugh, love, and just feel good! Please follow these simple guidelines when entering, leaving, and practicing yoga poses at our studio. Do you have any friends or family that attend ppcc (pikes peak community college), cc, or uccs? If so, refer them to Three Key and you could receive one free month of yoga.

– Sign in at front desk, bring id along with ten digit phone number

– We support all styles of yoga: yin yoga, hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, and bikram yoga, just to list a few.

-Please turn off your cell phone

– Be punctual to class, late comers will be admitted at the teachers discretion

– No shoes in the yoga room. Please leave your shoes in an available cubby

– Please wear appropriate clothing for class

– We encourage all colleges students from ppcc (pikes peak community college), cc, and uccs to come practice yoga!

– Mind your personal hygiene, your fellow yogis will appreciate it

– If you have an injury, please inform the instructor prior to the start of any class

– Only leave the yoga room if you need to use the bathroom

– Line up in straight rows and ask your instructor for class layouts

-Respect your instructor

– Please avoid leaving early, in an effort not to disturb your fellow yogis
